AIME strives to provide meaningful intervention and educational alternatives to incarceration for first-time non-violent  offenders in an attempt to lessen recidivism in our community and to rebuild confidence for a greater tomorrow.  AIME believes that through a combination of Acknowledgement, Education, Community Service, Positive Methods and Avoidance Techniques, an individual’s way of thinking and behavior can be impacted in a meaningful and positive way. 

Passion For the Client  It will be difficult to make the type of impact we at AIME hope to make without having a passion for the client.  AIME was born from a very personal experience in my life, one that I have a lot of passion around.  Nothing hurts more than to see a loved one find themselves on a path that results in victims who are negatively impacted along with a personal loss of freedom.  This is especially painful when latter life experiences confirm earlier suspicions that these type situations are definitely avoidable.    AIME was created to be an instrument of positive influence in the community.  The system may not be perfect, but there can be a  hope that we can work together to make the system we have the very best system that it can be.

Alternative Intervention Method & Education LLC (AIME) is a company that offers intervention  The goal of AIME is to offer programming that will promote positive behaviors, structure  and accountability, which in turn generates positive productive lifestyles. As you can imagine changing a behavior or a pattern of thought can be quite challenging. You must inspire an individual to want to make a change and this is no easy task. It takes a strategy, much research and a qualified staff.  Through our use of evidence based principles, structure and accountability we have acheived a successful formula. Success can be a relative term to some, but success for AIME is a client no longer repeating an offense or rethinking the actions and behaviors to lessen the potential to offend in the first place. There are a number of components you must have in an intervention program to do this successfully. We have worked  to achieve high success rates in the areas of lessening recidivism, increasing employment and motivating an individual to want to AIME high.
